Beginners Warm / Intro Class

Curious about hot yoga but something still holding you back? Brand new to the practice of yoga in general? Or, have you been coming to the hot class but would like to move at a slower pace while you focus on correct alignment, breathing techniques, and learning the sequence? Join us every Sunday afternoon from 4:00 – 5:00 pm for our Warm / Intro class, a great introduction to a yoga practice as well as a great class to focus on foundations.

Great for those new to yoga or first time hot yoga students, the Intro class serves as a great introduction to the key 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in our traditional Bikram-style Hot classes. In a more informal class setting, moving at a slower pace with slightly less heat, the intro class provides more time for hands-on corrections and demonstration, so that you can join into our regular Hot classes with more confidence and ease. If you are brand new to hot yoga, or feel you would benefit from an introductory look at the hot series, this class is for you!
